Course Descriptor: The Project Management Professional (PMP) Course is designed to provide course participants with a firm understanding of the concepts, processes, tools, and techniques required to successfully manage projects.  The course covers the application of 49 logically organized processes. The training will be delivered over thirty-five hours and covers all topics contained in the Project Management Book of Knowledge,6th Edition (PMBOK6).  By the end of the training, course participants will have a firm understanding of all Project Management concepts and be prepared to apply what they’ve learned in the course to a wide range of real-world projects.

Instructor:  Bernard Deir, MBA | PMP  Mr. Deir brings more than 15 years of project management experience and has successfully delivered a wide variety of client projects ranging in scope, complexity, and duration.  He holds an undergraduate minor in project management, a professional development certificate in project management, and certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Six Sigma Black Belt Professional.  He has led PMP Exam Prep courses since 2012 and presently sits on the Chicagoland Chapter’s Executive Council.
